Do Opt for a Clean Look
Try to keep your email template looking as clean as possible. Avoid loading it with too much information or too many images and graphics. Although it may seem like an attractive option to include videos in your email, try to resist the temptation. You can link to the video page with a screenshot if you want, but incorporating the real thing in the body of the email would be too risky.
