Designed by Maria Sánchez and created in collaborating with Chef Jorge Llanderal, Unelefante is an exceptional brand of artisanal chocolates. The first creation was the Pollock, which took its name from famous painter Jackson Pollock. Fashioned after Pollock’s modernist paintings, the chocolate bars, which are 54% cocoa, are hand-painted with cocoa butter in various striking colors. Sánchez believes strongly in her roots and the richness of her culture, and all of her products are inspired by Mexican culture and produced in Mexico.
