we assign a project team to you that stays with you throughout your project.

When you first sign up, you'll have an opportunity to fill our your creative brief. You will be able to document your preferences for logo design styles, your creative ideas, even the story of your company. This creative brief will provide our designers with the needed details and inspiration.

Your project team proactively helps you

The account manager on your project team personally checks your completed creative brief and contacts you if he has any questions or if he notices you had difficulty completing the form. He'll go over the questions with you and take care of any blanks in the form for you.

You can even call your account manager before you begin your creative brief if you need help. If your account manager is not available when you call, the other client consultants on your project team can help you. Feel free to ask your questions or make comments - your project team is here to make the process smooth for you.

Your account manager also assigns your project to designers and ensures that any questions or concerns are being answered throughout the process. You can meet our designers and see our step-by-step design process.
