Johnny Gillespie founded Johnny Fitness of Wilmington, Delaware in 1999. The company manages the health and fitness program at the Vicmead Country Club and runs a corporate wellness program at Marvin and Palmer Associates in Wilmington. The company also owns and manages Wilmington Yoga which is Wilmington's first yoga studio and is about to launch Pure Power Yoga this fall. John recently ordered t-shirts from Logoworks, and is excited to use them to help promote this new adventure for his company.

2. Know your customers and listen to them. They are the lifeline of your business.
3. Consistency, Consistency, Consistency. Policy and Procedures are the backbone of your business.
4. NEVER GIVE UP! The first several years of a start up are the toughest. Stick to your business plan and stay focused on your goal.
